Badflower Cancels U.S. Tour
Badflower has announced the cancellation of the rest of their U.S. tour due to a health issue within the band. They shared the news in a Facebook post, saying, “We are very sorry to have to do this. Please get a refund at point of purchase, and we look forward to coming back soon!”
Frontman Josh Katz has been struggling with vocal problems during the tour. At a show in Salt Lake City on February 27, he had to cut the set short and told fans he was ending the tour.
On March 2, Katz posted a video from a doctor’s office, reassuring fans that the tour was still on at that time. He said, “The important thing for me, right now, is that mentally I feel supported. Certainly enough to continue with this tour and continue my career.”
However, after just one more week of shows, the band made the tough decision to cancel. A total of eight shows will be affected by this announcement.
Fans are encouraged to seek refunds at their point of purchase. Badflower hopes to return to the stage soon.
