Black Label Society Releases New Single; Anticipated Album Set for Early 2026 Launch

Black Label Society has just released a new single titled “Broken And Blind” on October 10 through MNRK Heavy and Spinefarm Records. You can find the track on all major streaming platforms, and the music video, directed by Justin Reich, is also available. This song is the third preview of their upcoming 12th album, which is set to drop in early 2026.

Zakk Wylde, the band’s frontman, shared that the song is about peanut butter and chocolate and the frustration that comes when you can’t have any. He humorously stated, “My soul is broken, and I’m blind with rage if I don’t have any peanut butter and chocolate.”

“Broken And Blind” follows the powerful singles “Lord Humungus,” released in February, and “The Gallows,” which came out last September. Fans have been eagerly waiting for new music since “Doom Crew, Inc.” was released in November 2021. The band spent two years working on fresh sounds at Wylde’s personal studio, the Black Vatican, which he says made the recording process more spontaneous and efficient.

The current lineup features Wylde’s intense vocals and guitar work, John DeServio on bass, Jeff Fabb on drums, and Dario Lorina on guitar. Wylde formed Black Label Society in 1998 while still playing for Ozzy Osbourne. He describes “Broken And Blind” as a playful yet intense track.

The band has a history of success, with albums like “Order Of The Black” and “Catacombs Of The Black Vatican” reaching the top five on hard rock charts. Black Label Society will hit the stage in Columbus, Ohio, from May 14 to 17, sharing the spotlight with My Chemical Romance, Stone Temple Pilots, and Lorna Shore. Keep an eye out for more singles and videos before they hit the road!
