Get ready for a tasty treat! Burger King is teaming up with SpongeBob SquarePants to launch a new menu for the upcoming film, “The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants.” The new items will be available starting December 2, just in time for the movie release on December 19.
The star of the menu is the Krabby Whopper. It features a special square bun, a juicy quarter-pound patty, and classic toppings like cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayo, and ketchup. Other fun items include Mr. Krabs’ Cheesy Bacon Tots, Patrick’s Star-berry Shortcake Pie, and the refreshing Pirate’s Frozen Pineapple Float.
Joel Yashinsky, Burger King’s Chief Marketing Officer, said, “We love creating fun partnerships for families. This collaboration with SpongeBob is one of our most exciting yet, with four delicious new items, unique kids’ toys, and special packaging, including two limited-edition BK crowns.”
You can enjoy these tasty treats individually or grab the Bikini Bottom bundle for $14.99, which includes all the main items in special SpongeBob packaging. Kids’ meals come in a fun pineapple-shaped box, complete with a collectible toy and a SpongeBob crown.
With themed packaging and ads popping up on TV, streaming platforms, and social media, you won’t miss this promotion. Plus, Burger King’s app will have interactive content and activities related to the theme. Last year, Wendy’s had their own SpongeBob menu, paving the way for Burger King’s exciting new offerings.
