Carly Rae Jepsen’s album E•MO•TION is a fan favorite, and it’s getting a special 10th Anniversary Edition! Released in 2015, the album quickly became a classic, and its popularity has only grown over the years. The deluxe reissue will be available on October 17 through Interscope/UMe.
Fans can choose from several formats, including a digital deluxe version, ATMOS, and exclusive vinyl options. These include a blue swirl vinyl, a zoetrope vinyl, and a magenta swirl vinyl with an alternate cover and an insert of the original album.
This new edition features a total of 24 songs, including the beloved non-album single “Cut To The Feeling” and six new bonus tracks. The bonus tracks include remixes of “Run Away With Me” and four previously unreleased songs: “More,” “Guardian Angel,” “Back Of My Heart,” and “Lost In Devotion.”
To celebrate the album’s anniversary, Jepsen performed it in full at the Troubadour in Los Angeles. She called it “a one night only intimate club show where it all began.”
E•MO•TION has changed Jepsen’s career and is considered one of the best albums of the decade, with over 1 billion streams. It has received praise from major music outlets like Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and Billboard.
Recently, Jepsen released two new albums, The Loneliest Time and The Loveliest Time, and is working on a Broadway musical adaptation of 10 Things I Hate About You with Lena Dunham.
