Fall Out Boy Unveils 20th Anniversary Edition of ‘From Under the Cork Tree’

Fall Out Boy is celebrating 20 years of their iconic album, *From Under The Cork Tree*, with a special 20th Anniversary Edition set to release on October 17 through UMe. This new edition features remastered versions of all 13 original tracks, along with previously unreleased alternate and acoustic versions, remixes, live recordings, B-sides, and more. It also includes special “Live On BBC Radio” tracks that highlight key performances from that era.

Fans can choose from several formats, including a 3LP Deluxe Box, a 2CD Deluxe Box, and a Super Deluxe Digital version. Each package comes with a merch capsule. To kick off the celebration, the band has released the sought-after B-side “Start Today” on all streaming platforms. This cover of the Gorilla Biscuits song was originally recorded for the *Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland* soundtrack in 2005.

In addition to the music, the box sets include some cool extras. Each one features a personal letter to fans from bassist and lyricist Pete Wentz, a “Prom” photo from the “Dance Dance” music video, and a comic book cover illustration inspired by the “A Little Less Than Sixteen Candles, A Little More Than ‘Touch Me’” video. There’s also memorabilia from the Black Clouds and Underdogs Tour in 2006, including a tour poster, setlist, ticket stub, and sticker laminate.

*From Under The Cork Tree* was released on May 3, 2005, and quickly became a hit, reaching No. 9 on the Billboard 200. The album features the 9x-Platinum single “Sugar, We’re Goin Down” and the 6x-Platinum “Dance, Dance.” Fall Out Boy even received a GRAMMY nomination for Best New Artist in 2006.
