Foo Fighters are hitting the stage again, and fans in California have a chance to see them soon! The band announced a surprise show this Saturday at the historic Fremont Theater in San Luis Obispo.
Tickets will be available at the box office only, with a limit of two tickets per person. Sales start at 8 a.m. PT, and doors open at 7 p.m. PT.
This announcement comes just a week after the band hinted at exciting news on social media, urging fans to subscribe to their newsletter for updates. They also shared some studio photos, building up the excitement.
This concert will mark the band’s first performance with their new drummer, Ilan Rubin, who previously played with Nine Inch Nails. While this hasn’t been officially confirmed by the band, it’s a big change after Josh Freese left in May and rejoined NIN.
Additionally, this show will be the Foo Fighters’ first since Dave Grohl’s recent scandal. Right now, the San Luis Obispo concert is the only U.S. date on their schedule for 2025, as they prepare for a tour in Asia starting in October.
