Ghost’s Tobias Forge Performs Unmasked Alongside Swedish Star Lars Winnerbäck

Tobias Forge, the frontman of Ghost, surprised fans at the SAAB Arena in Linköping, Sweden, on October 10 by performing without his signature mask. He joined Swedish artist Lars Winnerbäck on stage, playing guitar and singing backup for the song “Dunkla Rum.” This new look was a big change from the spooky outfits fans are used to seeing at Ghost shows, giving everyone a rare glimpse of the man behind the mask.

Forge shared that performing without the mask made things easier. He mentioned that it used to take a lot of effort to stay hidden, which sometimes made people uncomfortable and led to misunderstandings.

This performance comes after the release of Ghost’s sixth album, *Skeletá*, which dropped in April. The band is also gearing up for a major North American tour next year. The Skeletour kicks off on January 21 at the Kia Center in Orlando. The tour will hit twenty cities, including Montreal’s Bell Centre and Vancouver’s Rogers Arena, wrapping up at Inglewood’s Intuit Dome on February 23.

In addition to the tour, Ghost is celebrating ten years since the release of *Meliora* with a special vinyl reissue on October 17. This new edition features the classic tracks along with five new songs, available in seven different colors. Each vinyl comes with a Papa III Mummy Dust buck.

Fans can grab the latest album and find more details about the upcoming tour. Get ready for an exciting time with Ghost!
