Grammy Museum in LA to premiere stunning exhibit

The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles is set to launch a new exhibit celebrating the iconic band Sublime. The exhibit will feature exciting items like handwritten lyrics for “Wrong Way” and “Garden Grove,” used instruments, rare photos, and the famous bucket hat worn by late frontman Bradley Nowell in the “Badfish” video.

Drummer Bud Gaugh expressed his gratitude, saying, “It’s incredible that we have sold so many albums and have not toured or written new music in 30 years. This shows how amazing our fans are for keeping this dream alive. Seeing the Grammy Museum honor our story with this exhibit means a lot to us. Thank you to all the fans for your support; we love you!”

The Sublime exhibit will be open from March 27 to September 7. Tickets are available now at GrammyMuseum.org.

Sublime disbanded in 1996 after Nowell’s passing but reunited in 2023 with Nowell’s son, Jakob Nowell, joining original members Bud Gaugh and bassist Eric Wilson. Fans can also look forward to a new Sublime album, the first in 30 years, set to release later in 2026.
