Green Day Hints at Exciting Plans for the 25th Anniversary of ‘Warning’ Album

Is Green Day planning something special for the 25th anniversary of *Warning*? The band’s sixth studio album will officially celebrate its 25th anniversary this Friday. On Tuesday, the band shared a video hinting at the upcoming milestone. The caption read, “WARNING: 25 is almost here.”

*Warning* was released on October 3, 2000. At first, it was seen as a commercial disappointment. It was the first Green Day album not to achieve at least Platinum status from the RIAA since their breakout album, *Dookie*, in 1994. Despite this, *Warning* gave us one of Green Day’s most popular live songs, “Minority.”

After *Warning*, Green Day bounced back with their next album, *American Idiot*, in 2004. This album was a huge success and helped the band regain their popularity with fans and critics alike.

As the anniversary approaches, fans are excited to see what Green Day has in store. Will there be special events, new releases, or surprises? Stay tuned for updates!
