Iron Maiden, led by Bruce Dickinson, is gearing up for a huge tour in the U.S. However, their concert at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles has been moved back by one day due to a scheduling conflict. The band was initially set to perform on September 26, but that date coincides with a game between the USC Trojans and Oregon Ducks at the nearby Memorial Coliseum. As a result, Iron Maiden’s show will now take place on September 27.
The band expressed their surprise at this situation affecting their sold-out LA show. They worked closely with Live Nation to find a solution, and instead of canceling the concert, they were able to reschedule it for the following night.
Iron Maiden’s manager, Smallwood, shared that the band is “naturally mortified” about the inconvenience for fans holding tickets. He acknowledged the challenges this change brings but emphasized that moving the show was the best option available.
Fans can still catch Iron Maiden at BMO Stadium on September 25, as that date remains unchanged. These Los Angeles concerts are part of Iron Maiden’s “Run for Your Lives” tour, celebrating the band’s 50th anniversary.
When Iron Maiden comes to town, it’s always a special event. They are one of the giants of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, alongside legends like Judas Priest. Metal fans are fortunate to have iconic bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Metallica still rocking after 50 years, bringing fresh energy to their music. It’s a rare treat to see these classic bands continue to thrive and entertain.
