Musicians everywhere are paying tribute to Ozzy Osbourne, showing just how influential the late Prince of Darkness was. Kermit the Frog, Adam Sandler, PETA, and The Alamo are among those honoring him.

Kermit shared a heartfelt message about Ozzy’s appearance on the 1994 album *Kermit Unpigged*, where he covered Steppenwolf’s “Born to Be Wild” with Miss Piggy. Kermit wrote, “No one rocked harder than the great Ozzy Osbourne. Every time we bumped into Ozzy, he made us feel just as cool as he was. We loved having a friend like him and feel lucky to have known him and enjoyed his music for so many years.”

Adam Sandler also remembered Ozzy fondly from his cameo in the movie *Little Nicky*. He said, “Whether we were in our basements, in the woods, in the car, or at a party, nobody was more badass to crank up than the one and only Prince of Darkness – Ozzy Osbourne!”

PETA praised Ozzy for his work in animal rights, despite the infamous bat incident. The Alamo reflected on the 1982 event when Ozzy was arrested for public intoxication at their site. They stated, “At the Alamo, we honor history in all its complexities. Today, we acknowledge Ozzy Osbourne’s journey from regret to reconciliation and extend our condolences to his family, friends, and fans worldwide. May he rest in peace.”

Ozzy’s legacy continues to resonate with fans and fellow artists alike.
