Sebastian Bach has issued an apology to actress Christina Applegate after she shared in her new memoir that she ended her relationship with Brad Pitt in 1989 to be with him. In “You With the Sad Eyes,” Applegate reveals that she left a young Pitt at the MTV VMAs to be with the Skid Row frontman. The two didn’t speak for years after that.
In a recent interview, Bach expressed surprise at Applegate’s revelations. “I was a single guy on tour, meeting a lot of girls. I apologize if I hurt her or anyone,” he said. He reflected on the wild nature of rock ‘n’ roll, saying, “It’s like being on a roller coaster.” He added, “If I hurt anybody, I apologize for it.”
Bach also discussed his new role as the temporary frontman for Twisted Sister on select tour dates. He explained that Dee Snider’s doctors advised him not to perform, leaving the band with a choice to find a replacement or cancel the tour. “I’m a fan of Twisted Sister,” Bach said. He compared his situation to when Axl Rose stepped in for Brian Johnson during AC/DC’s shows in 2016.
Bach is excited about the opportunity, saying, “A band like Twisted Sister makes me feel like a child within the man. That music is very youthful and fun.” Fans can look forward to seeing him take the stage with the legendary band soon!
