Static-X is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut album, *Wisconsin Death Trip*, with a special reissue. The two-disc box set will be released on vinyl and CD on December 12. It features remastered audio of the original album, along with a collection of demos, alternate versions, and rare tracks.
*Wisconsin Death Trip* introduced fans to Static-X’s unique style of “evil disco” industrial metal, highlighted by hits like “Push It.” The band’s frontman, Wayne Static, was known for his iconic vertical hairstyle. Sadly, Wayne passed away in 2014.
In 2018, original members Tony Campos, Koichi Fukuda, and Ken Jay reunited Static-X with a new masked singer known as Xer0. Fans can catch Static-X on their upcoming U.S. tour with Mudvayne, kicking off on September 11 in Dubuque, Iowa.
Get ready to celebrate this milestone with Static-X and relive the music that defined a generation!
