Vince Neil Makes Comeback to the Stage After Overcoming Health Challenges

Vince Neil made his long-awaited return to the stage on August 1 in Boston, performing for the first time since October 2024. After taking a break due to undisclosed health issues, the Mötley Crüe frontman delivered a solo set at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway. He shared the stage with Bret Michaels and Stephen Pearcy.

During his performance, Neil treated fans to seven classic Mötley Crüe songs, including “Dr. Feelgood,” “Shout at the Devil,” “Looks That Kill,” “Smokin’ in the Boys Room,” “Kickstart My Heart,” “Girls, Girls, Girls,” and “Wild Side.” He addressed the crowd, saying, “I haven’t been on stage since almost a year now. I had a medical thing that happened to me, and they said I wouldn’t be back onstage again. I said, ‘F— that, man.’ And I’m back and I’m with you guys tonight. And I’m really proud to be here, man.”

Earlier this year, Mötley Crüe had to reschedule their Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM due to Vince Neil’s health issues. The residency, originally set for March 28 to April 19, 2025, has been moved to September 2025. Neil expressed his regret to fans, stating, “My health is my top priority so I can bring you the awesome shows you deserve. Thank you for all the well-wishes that keep reaching me.”

The band’s members, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, and John 5, also sent their best wishes for Neil’s recovery and look forward to hitting the Vegas stage together in September.
