6 Abandoned Puppies Rescued From Philly Garage Find Hope in Foster Homes

Six adorable puppies were found in a Center City parking garage the day after Christmas and are now in foster care. The Pennsylvania SPCA (PSPCA) and ACCT Philly teamed up to place these three- to four-week-old pups in safe, warm homes. They will receive medical care, vaccinations, and spay/neuter procedures.

These little furballs have been named Choco Christmas, Brownie Smiles, Sir Chocolates, Pecan, Butterfinger, and Nutellas. Sadly, animal cruelty, neglect, and abandonment happen more often than we’d like. That’s why foster families are so important. They help these abandoned animals get the care they need before finding their forever homes.

The PSPCA is always looking for community support and offers resources for anyone struggling with pet ownership. If you have any information about these puppies or where they came from, please reach out to the Animal Cruelty Hotline at 866-601-7722 or via email.

You can also visit the PSPCA at 350 E. Erie Ave. in Philadelphia. Let’s help these pups find the love they deserve!
