Juliette Lewis at Union Transfer

We had the pleasure of photographing Juliette Lewis (Yes, that Juliette Lewis from Natural Born Killers, Christmas Vacation, Cape Fear and What’s Eating Gilbert Grape) on Monday night at the Union Transfer in Philadelphia.  Lewis showed she also has the chops as a rock-n-roll front woman with her non-stop energy, Mick Jagger like dancing,  hair flipping and microphone whipping.  Along with her original songs like “Hello Hero” and “I Know Trouble” she also delighted the crowd with a cover of CCR’s “Proud Mary.”

The New Regime opened  the show and was highlighted by Ilan Rubin just shredding on guitar to end their set.
