Beartooth has officially announced that their sixth studio album, Pure Ecstasy, will be released on August 28th via their new label, Fearless Records. To mark the announcement, the band released the music video for the title track, which serves as the album opener. Frontman Caleb Shomo revealed that the song was co-written with Periphery guitarist Misha Mansoor and former Bring Me The Horizon member Jordan Fish. The track was designed to "lock you into the vibe out of the gate" with a focus on heavy riffs and high energy. This follows the release of the lead single, "Free," which gained significant attention for Shomo’s radical new visual makeover.

Pure Ecstasy represents a major shift in the band's creative process, moving away from Shomo’s traditional "one-man-band" studio approach toward a fully collaborative effort. Jordan Fish co-produced the record alongside Shomo and bassist Oshie Bichar, while early songwriting contributions came from Skyler Acord (Issues, Twenty One Pilots). Notably, this is the first Beartooth album where Shomo did not play every instrument; drummer Connor Denis performed all drum tracks during sessions at NRG Recording Studios. The 11-song collection is described as a rawer, more vulnerable examination of life on "the other side of the fight," focusing on the possibility of freedom rather than just pain.

Held. has officially released their debut full-length album, GREY, today via MNRK Heavy. The eleven-track collection was recorded at The Animal Farm in New Jersey with producer Jon Markson (known for his work with Drug Church and Drain). The band features a lineup of seasoned musicians, including Douglas Robinson and Salvatore Mignano of The Sleeping, alongside Josh Eppard of Coheed and Cambria. Eppard noted that despite many opportunities to join other projects over the years, Held. was the first that "felt right" due to the excitement of carving out a completely new musical identity.

The album explores the emotional "space between" darkness and vibrance, a theme vocalist Douglas Robinson says inspired the title GREY. The release is supported by a new visualizer for the track "WAVES OF FIRE," which continues a narrative short film series directed by Adam Thomson that previously featured guest appearances by Frank Iero and Graham Sayle (High Vis). Fans can catch Held. live this summer as they provide support for Underoath’s U.S. tour, followed by scheduled festival appearances at Neverender Festival and Furnace Fest this autumn.

Five Finger Death Punch has officially released "Eye Of The Storm," the lead single from their upcoming tenth studio album due later this year via Better Noise Music. Founding guitarist Zoltan Bathory described the new material as the band's heaviest in years, blending the aggressive "grit and bite" of their early era with a cinematic, soundtrack-like undertone. The Rolling Stones have released a new music video for "In The Stars," the lead single from their newly announced 14-track studio album, Foreign Tongues.
