BIG BIG LOVE to Philadelphia’s Own SAINT SLUMBER

Digital Noise Mag had the privilege to attend the all-American rock band from the digital age, Saint Slumber, gaining a spot as an opening act for Judah and the Lion at The MET on September 13, 2019. The Philadelphia based band debuting their 3rd released EP, Youth//3 which is the final installment of the band’s full-length album along with Youth//2 & Youth//1; the trilogy. The alt-pop trio is made up with members; Joshua Perna on the vocals, Aaron Brown on guitar, and Matt Carpenter on the drums. SAINT SLUMBER took the stage at the start of the night with high energy as always, engaging the crowd, fans singing along with their new dark rock-pop era. Describing their new found voice and sound with no better than their new hit song, “MANTRA”.  But still taking us back to the good ol’ slumber days, Philly’s own playing fan favorites such as “SLEEPTALK”, “MANTRA”, as well as tracks from their older EPs.
