Pearl Jam has partnered with a Montana-based brewery on a new beer for a good cause.

KettleHouse Brewing Co. has unveiled the MPS Pool Ale, a limited-edition pale ale brewed with Lemondrop Hops and boasts a 5% ABV. The new brew was created in honor of the upcoming Pearl Jam streaming event on June 18-21 where Nugs.net will air the band’s Missoula, MT. show from June 2018 for the first time.

Per KettleHouse Brewing Co., “A portion of the proceeds from MPS Pool Ale sales will be donated to Montana Pool Service (MPS), a non-profit founded by Pearl Jam’s Jeff Ament, born and raised in Montana. MPS organizes and funds world-class skateparks in rural and isolated communities for young people. The contributions donated from this beer will go to the new skatepark being built in Superior, MT.”

The brewery notes, “MPS Pool Ale cans will be available at both KettleHouse taprooms beginning June 8th. In the weeks following, 4-packs will hit shelves anywhere you can find KettleHouse beer! Available for summer 2021 while it lasts.”
