Skillet, Sick Puppies & Devour the Day at The Electric Factory

Devour the Day
(formed by bassist Joey Chicago and drummer Blake Allison when Egypt Central dissolved) kicked off the show with the title track of their latest release, S.O.A.R. Blake Allison, now the lead Singer, really gets the crowd involved. He stood on the barricade and egged the crowd on before jumping in the pit for a little crowd surfing.

Setlist:
S.O.A.R
Good Man
Save Yourself
Blackout
You and Not Me
The Bottom
Respect

Sick Puppies
put on a great show as they always do. They performed songs from their latest album as well as hits from those previous, including “You’re Going Down.” Bryan Scott does a great job tackling all of those classic Sick Puppies songs. He is also big on crowd participation. Bryan picked out the “craziest person” in the crowd and got them to start a mosh pit. Sick Puppies always put on a high energy show and didn’t disappoint on this night.

Setlist:
War
Riptide
Stick to Your Guns
(with Blake Allison)
Odd One
Let Me Live
Maybe
All the Same
Where Do I Begin
Black & Blue
You’re Going Down

Skillet always pull out all the stops while they’re on tour. The production of the show was phenomenal with all of the lights, CO2 and risers that raised the guitarists probably 20 feet off the ground. They kicked off the show with “Feel Invincible,” the heavy-hitting lead single from Unleashed. They continued the high-energy show with hits like “Hero,” “Monster,”  and “Rise.” Skillet’s live show is never disappointing and the show at the Electric Factory was no exception.

Setlist:
Feel Invincible
Whispers in the Dark
Sick of It
Rise
Back From the Dead
Awake and Alive
Not Gonna Die
Hero
Those Nights
Undefeated
Comatose
The Last Night
Stars
Out of Hell
Monster
Rebirthing
