VIDEO: Vince Neil Falls Off Stage, Taken to Nearby Hospital

Vince Neil was performing a solo set last night (October 15) at the Monsters of the Mountain festival in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. when he suddenly fell off the stage resulting in him being taken to a nearby hospital.

Fan-shot video shows Neil approaching the front of the stage and pumping up the crowd, and then he suddenly falls out of frame. TMZ details, “He was a few songs into his set when he stepped to the edge of the stage, and then suddenly tumbled 4 feet onto the cement. Turns out there was a small gap between the speaker and the stage that Vince didn’t see and he fell through the crevice onto the floor.”

As of publishing, the extent of Neil’s potential injuries hasn’t been officially confirmed, but TMZ reports that he underwent x-rays, is alert and should be okay.

On the plus side, Eddie Trunk shared via Twitter, “Vince had been moving & singing great before the accident.” This is great news considering Neil made headlines back in June for having to cut a solo show short due to losing his voice and was not sounding great to begin with prior to the show’s sudden end.
