Katy Perry Announces New Album and Fall Tour Dates

Katy Perry has confirmed the first details of hew new album. Witness will be released on June 9. It includes the singles “Chained To The Rhythm” and “Bon Appétit” featuring Migos. The album is the follow up to Prism, released in 2013, and has been described by Perry as “purposeful pop.”

In addition to the new album news, Perry has also announced plans for “Witness: The Tour.” The run of huge north American live dates begins on September 7 and runs until February 5. Tickets for the U.S. dates go on sale to the general public on Monday May 22, at 10 A.M. with the Canadian dates on sale May 26. Check out a trailer for the tour above.
