Chester Bennington Featured on New Grey Daze Song ‘Starting to Fly’

Chester Bennington and his powerful vocals can be heard on “Starting to Fly,” a driving anthem from his pre-Linkin Park band Grey Daze.

The track (below) comes from the band’s new album The Phoenix, which is due out on June 17 and is available for pre-order here. (Meanwhile, “Starting to Fly” is available for streaming/download here.)

The Phoenix follows the release of Amends in June 2020. The album was a re-recording of select songs from the band’s two studio albums, 1994’s Wake Me and 1997’s …No Sun Today. Bennington was originally set to take part in the project before his untimely death.
