Mick Jagger has heard the comparisons between him and pop star Harry Styles, and he is not exactly a fan.
The Rolling Stones frontman touched on the topic in a new interview with U.K’s The Sunday Times saying, “I like Harry — we have an easy relationship. I mean, I used to wear a lot more eye make-up than him. Come on, I was much more androgynous.”
Jagger added, “And he doesn’t have a voice like mine or move on stage like me; he just has a superficial resemblance to my younger self, which is fine — he can’t help that.”
The Rolling Stones are currently finishing up preparations for their upcoming European tour, which will serve to honor 60th anniversary of the band. The tour kicks off June 1 in Madrid, Spain. A full list of tour dates can be found at RollingStones.com.
