Meg White’s Drumming Gets Trolled, Surprising People Defend Her

Meg White has been trending on Twitter this week thanks to someone who trolled her drumming for absolutely no reason.

In a since-deleted tweet, writer Lachlan Markay wrote, “The tragedy of the White Stripes is how great they would’ve been with a half decent drummer. Yeah yeah I’ve heard all the ‘but it’s a carefully crafted sound mannnn!’ takes. I’m sorry Meg White was terrible and no band is better for having sh-tty percussion.”

Even though The White Stripes officially disbanded in 2011, Meg White and her drummer is somehow a hot topic. Markay’s comment was taken to task by a number of people on Twitter and can be viewed below.
