All-Star Tribute to Anne Murray Scheduled at Toronto’s Opry House   

 Get ready, music fans! An all-star tribute concert for Anne Murray is coming to Toronto this fall. The event, titled “The Music of My Life: An All-Star Tribute to Anne Murray,” will take place on October 27 at the Opry House. This special show is just a few months after Anne’s 80th birthday.

The concert will feature a lineup of talented artists who admire Anne, including Trisha Yearwood, Martina McBride, k.d. lang, Kathy Mattea, Lorrie Morgan, Pam Tillis, and The Gatlin Brothers (Larry, Steve, and Rudy Gatlin). Other performers include Natalie Grant, Michelle Wright, Shenandoah, Collin Raye, and Victoria Shaw. Country legends Brenda Lee and Randy Travis will also take the stage, along with Nashville Predators GM Barry Trotz. Tickets are available now!

Anne Murray has had an incredible career spanning over 50 years. She has paved the way for Canadian stars like Céline Dion, Shania Twain, and Alanis Morissette. With more than 55 million albums sold worldwide, she remains popular, with over one billion global streams, even though most of her music came out before streaming became popular.

This year, Anne released her first new album in 18 years, titled “Here You Are.” She also launched special “ANNEversary” Editions of three classic albums: “Let’s Keep It That Way,” “New Kind of Feeling,” and the compilation “Country.” These albums feature some of her biggest hits, like “You Needed Me” and “Broken Hearted Me.”

Anne’s list of awards is impressive, including three CMA Awards, four Grammys, and 26 JUNOs. She has also been honored with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and is a Companion of the Order of Canada. Don’t miss this chance to celebrate her amazing legacy!
