Carlos Santana Postpones More Tour Dates Following Onstage Collapse

Carlos Santana has postponed more tour dates following his collapse on stage during a July 5 show at Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston, Mich.

Santana’s manager Michael Vrionis issued a statement saying the guitar icon has postponed the next six dates on his “Miraculous Supernatural 2022 Tour” with Earth, Wind & Fire citing “…an abundance of caution for the artist’s health.” Those six dates are the following:

-July 8: Noblesville, IN
-July 9: Cincinnati, OH
-July 10: Milwaukee, WI
-July 12: Rogers, AR
-July 15: Dallas, TX
-July 16: Woodlands, TX

Vrionis added in his statement, “Doctor’s have recommended that Mr. Santana gets rest to recuperate fully…Carlos is doing well and is anxious to be back on stage soon. He just needs rest. Santana profoundly regrets that these postponements of his upcoming performances; but, his health is our number one concern. He is looking forward to seeing all of his fans very soon.”

Following his onstage collapse on July 5, Santana also postponed his July 6 show in Pittsburgh, which has been rescheduled for August 4.
