Def Leppard: Details About Band’s First Official Autobiography

Def Leppard is releasing their very first official autobiography, which bills itself as “part memoir, part scrapbook.”

Definitely: The Official Story of Def Leppard is due out on May 9, 2023. Per its social media announcement, “This first-ever anthology of Def Leppard is narrated by the band and illustrated with many hundreds of photographs and items of memorabilia shared from the band’s personal archives.

 

The standard edition of the book retails for $45 and is available for pre-order here. A limited-edition version of Definitely: The Official Story of Def Leppard is also up for grabs. This version is 56 pages longer than the standard edition and is signed by the entire band. Additionally, the limited-edition version also comes with a variety of extras including a 7″ vinyl featuring live recordings of “Animal” and “Slang.” Only 1,500 copies are available. Fans can pre-order the limited-edition version at Genesis-Publications.com, where the book retails for £185 (about $208 USD.)
