Green Day Announce 2017 North American Tour

Fresh off releasing Revolution Radio, Green Day will hit the road starting March 2017 for a North American arena trek in support of their new album.

After unplanned four-year break, Hall of Fame punk trio had to figure out how to rock again

The 24-date tour kicks off March 1st at Phoenix’s Talking Stick Resort Arena and currently wraps five weeks later at San Diego’s Valley View Casino Center on April 8th.

Against Me!, who released their own new LP Shape Shift With Me in September, will serve as the entire tour’s opening act.

Presale tickets for the trek first go live for members of the band’s Idiot Nation fan club on October 12th, followed by a general on-sale on October 14th. Check out Green Day’s site for VIP packages, on-sale times and ticket information.

Green Day are on the road for their short jaunt of small venue shows, which includes an October 17th gig at Los Angeles’ Palladium before a hometown gig October 20th at Berkeley’s UC Theatre.

After that, Billie Joe Armstrong and company spend the rest of 2016 and first two months of 2017 touring Europe before heading back stateside.
