Green Day Booked to Perform at NFL Honors

Green Day will be taking part in this year’s Super Bowl festivities by performing at the 10th Annual NFL Honors.

Airing on February 6 at 9 PM ET on CBS, NFL Honors is the National Football League’s award ceremony that looks back on the best players and moments of the season. Among the awards handed out are “Play of the Year” and the Walter Payton “Man of the Year,” which recognizes excellence both on and off the field. The “Man of the Year” recipient also receives $250,000 to donate to the charity of their choosing.

This marks Green Day’s first high-profile performance in nearly a year since they appeared on Good Morning America in February 2020 and performed their single “Oh Yeah.”
