Iron Maiden Partners with Igloo for the Most Metal Cooler Ever

Iron Maiden has partnered with Igloo for the release of a new cooler that features a number of versions of the band’s iconic mascot, Eddie.

The Eddie’s Playmate Classic Cooler has a 14-quart capacity. Per its product description, the Iron Maiden cooler can hold up to 26 12-ounce cans or a number of bottles of Trooper beer.

Igloo’s Chief Marketing Officer Brian Garofalow said in a statement, “This collaboration has been surreal in all the best ways. By incorporating an army of instantly recognizable Eddies onto our Playmate Classic cooler, we’re able to provide Maiden fans a chance to chill with the Beast and own a unique piece of memorabilia.”

This isn’t Igloo’s first foray into branded coolers. In April, they unveiled a line of Playmate coolers featuring the artwork from The Beatles’ Yellow Submarine.

The Maiden cooler retails for $49.99, but it’s currently sold out. However, fans interested in purchasing one in the future can head over to IglooCoolers.com where they can sign up to be notified when the Maiden cooler is back in stock.
