Jack White is heading back to Detroit for Thanksgiving! The “Seven Nation Army” rocker, who was born in the Motor City in 1975, will perform during halftime of the Detroit Lions’ annual Thanksgiving Day game. The Lions will take on the Green Bay Packers on November 27, with the game starting at 1 p.m. ET on Fox.
This halftime show comes right after Jack’s induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The White Stripes. Although his bandmate Meg White couldn’t be there, Jack gave a heartfelt speech at the ceremony on November 8. The event also featured tribute performances from Twenty One Pilots, Olivia Rodrigo, and Feist.
If you missed the induction ceremony, don’t worry! Highlights will air as a special on ABC on January 1.
Get ready for a great Thanksgiving with Jack White back in his hometown!
