Jon Bon Jovi Covers ‘Here Comes The Sun’ During ‘Celebrating America’

Jon Bon Jovi took part in Celebrating America, a live special honoring the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, and performed a surprising cover.

Bon Jovi’s performance emanated from Miami where he covered the classic Beatles song “Here Comes The Sun” from 1969’s Abbey Road. The song’s lyrics reflected the overarching theme of unity and new beginnings that have been present throughout inauguration day.

JBJ’s performance was the second in the stacked Celebrating America lineup following Bruce Springsteen who opened the special with a performance of “Land Of Hope And Dreams” in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
