My Lamp Unveils ‘The Future Behind Me – The Americas World Tour’ 

Japanese indie pop band Lamp has just announced their Future Behind Me – The Americas World Tour. This tour comes after their well-received 2023 album, Dusk to Dawn, and their sold-out North American debut tour.

The 25-date global tour kicks off on Wednesday, October 1, in Mexico City at Auditorio BB. They will also perform in São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santiago, and Lima. The North American leg, produced by Live Nation, starts on Sunday, October 18, in New Haven, CT, at Toad’s Place. Other stops include Boston, Atlanta, Orlando, Houston, Oakland, Anaheim, Toronto, and it will wrap up in New York at The Rooftop at Pier 17 on Friday, November 28.

TICKETS: Tickets and VIP packages go on sale starting with an artist presale on Wednesday, July 30. Additional presales will follow throughout the week, with general sales starting on Friday, August 1, at 10 AM local time. Sign up for early access to tickets.

ABOUT LAMP: Lamp formed in 2000 with members Yusuke Nagai, Kaori Sakakibara, and Taiyo Someya. They have released nine albums, starting with 2003’s Soyokaze Apartment 201 and their latest, Dusk to Dawn. They have toured Japan and performed in major cities across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Indonesia. Their music blends Brazilian influences with 60s and 70s Western pop, making it hard to pin them down to one genre.
