Nickelback Record Funny New Version of ‘Photograph’ for Google Ad

Nickelback recorded a funny new version of their 2005 hit “Photograph” to be used in a new ad for Google Photos.

The lyrics have been cleverly reworded and include such gems as, “Look at this photograph/Every time I do it makes me laugh/Must have shot a million more/Of my dessert but I don’t know what for” and “Falling down the photo rabbit hole/Is it my hair or just a ramen bowl.”

The video’s caption on YouTube is also pretty damn great and reads, “Google Photos makes it easy to look back on the photos that make you laugh: matching bow ties, noodle-like hair, selfies, and all.”

Honestly, even if you’re a Nickelback hater, you have to admit the reworking of “Photograph” is pretty great.
