The nominations for the 2021 American Music Awards have been revealed ahead of the awards show airing live on ABC from Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater on November 21.

Olivia Rodrigo is the most nominated artist at this year’s show, leading with seven nominations including Favorite Female Pop Artist, New Artist of the Year, and Favorite Pop Album for Sour. She also scored three nominations off the back of “Drivers License” alone, including: Favorite Music Video, Favorite Trending Song, and Favorite Pop Song.

The Weeknd and Bad Bunny also scored big this year with six and five nominations, respectively. The Latin star is up for Collaboration of the Year for “DÁKITI” with Jhay Cortez, Favorite Male Latin Artist, Favorite Latin Album for EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO and is going up against himself for Favorite Latin Song with nominations for “DÁKITI” and the Rosalía-assisted “LA NOCHE DE ANOCHE.” The category also includes nominations for Maluma and The Weeknd’s collaboration “Hawái (Remix)” and Kali Uchis’ “telepatía.”

The Weeknd is nominated for Artist of the Year in addition to both Favorite Male R&B Artist and Favorite Male Pop Artist at this year’s show, acknowledging the global star’s genre-crossing talents. He also received additional nominations for Favorite Pop Song for the Ariana Grande-featuring “Save Your Tears (Remix),” Favorite Music Video for the original “Save Your Tears” visual.

The stacked Artist of the Year category also features Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, BTS and Drake in addition to Rodrigo and The Weeknd. Elsewhere, Justin Bieber snagged nominations for Collaboration of the Year (“Peaches” with Giveon and Daniel Caesar) and Favorite Male Pop Artist, the category where Drake is also nominated.

Grande and Swift are both nominated for Favorite Pop Album for the chart-topping projects “Positions” and “evermore,” respectively. BTS are recognized in the categories of Favorite Pop Duo or Group and Favorite Pop Song (“Butter”).

Other nominees include Kacey Musgraves, Pop Smoke, Jhené Aiko, J Balvin, Foo Fighters, Machine Gun Kelly, Kanye West and dozens more.
