Ozzy Osbourne’s new album, the follow-up to 2020’s Ordinary Man, will apparently be coming out sooner than later.
Wife/manager Sharon Osbourne said in a new interview with Graham Norton when asked how Ozzy is doing, “He’s good. He’s really, really good. He’s finished another album which is coming out in September. And there we are. He’s busy in the studio. He still does all his writing and singing, and it keeps him really happy… He’ll never stop singing and writing. We’ve built him a big studio here [at the house in the U.K.], so he can do it all at home. And he can’t wait to come back, to be honest with you.”
The new Ozzy LP is set to be quite the all-star affair. As previously reported, guests on the album include Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo, Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan, Tony Iommi, Zakk Wylde, Josh Homme of Queens Of The Stone Age and Mike McCready of Pearl Jam.
