Ozzy Osbourne has dealt with numerous health issues in recent years that have required surgery. One surgery, in particular, is going to lead to a lawsuit.

Osbourne told Rolling Stone in a new interview, “I’m doing as good as I can be, considering the f—ing crap.” he says. “If you’d have seen me a year or so ago, you’d have thought, ‘No. No way.’ I couldn’t f—ing move because of what the guy did wrong on the first surgery.”

The first surgery, in question, took place in 2019. Ozzy underwent spine and neck surgery after he fell in his home in Los Angeles and aggravated old injuries he sustained from his 2003 ATV accident that nearly ended his life. The fall was so bad at one point doctors thought Ozzy would never walk again.

Ozzy said in an interview with U.K.’s The Sun published in August about the spine and neck surgery, “I was told, ‘You’ve got a good chance of being paralyzed for the rest of your life.’ You just don’t expect the surgeon to be a f—ing butcher. I was left in agony.”

Wife/manager Sharon Osbourne said to Rolling Stone, “We’re going to sue. You just don’t want other people to go through what you’ve gone through. It’s a f—ing nightmare. But here we are today, and life is better.”

Things are certainly better for the Prince of Darkness who just released his new album, Patient Number 9last Friday. To celebrate the release, Ozzy performed during halftime at the season opener for defending Super Bowl Champions the Los Angeles Rams. However, only ten seconds of the performance aired on NBC. Fans were not pleased. Below are some notable reactions from fans via Twitter.
