Full capacity concerts will be coming back to Texas and Mississippi as both states have lifted all mask mandates and are allowing businesses to fully open.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves made headlines yesterday when both took to Twitter to announce their states are fully opening back up.

Starting tomorrow, we are lifting all of our county mask mandates and businesses will be able to operate at full capacity without any state-imposed rules. Our hospitalizations and case numbers have plummeted, and the vaccine is being rapidly distributed. It is time!

While many are pleased about this news, there are plenty of others that are concerned Gov. Abbott and Gov. Reeves are opening their states up too soon. This leads to the following question:
