Primus is set to perform at the 2026 Bass Magazine Awards on January 22 at The Observatory in Santa Ana, California. The band will take the stage right after their frontman, Les Claypool, receives the Bass Magazine Lifetime Achievement Award. This special honor will be presented by Justin Chancellor from Tool and Robert Trujillo from Metallica.
The Bass Magazine Awards will also feature a performance by Mike Dirnt of Green Day, who is also being recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Fans can look forward to an appearance by Mark Hoppus from blink-182 as well.
