Puscifer has just dropped a new song titled “ImpetuoUs,” which is part of their upcoming album, *Normal Isn’t*. Frontman Maynard James Keenan shared his excitement, saying, “I’m looking forward to hearing where this song takes people. As writers, we sometimes forget that we’re like carpenters. We’ve been with this song since it was just a pile of lumber. Our view might be different from how listeners experience it. Is it a shelter, a bridge, a gallows, or a coffin? I’m curious to find out.”
The song comes with a visualizer on YouTube that hints at a new comic book series called *Tales from the Pusciverse*. More information about this series will be revealed soon.
*Normal Isn’t* is set to release on February 6 and follows their 2020 album, *Existential Reckoning*. The new album will also feature previously released tracks “Self Evident” and “Pendulum.”
