Today, Winners Circle’s Sleepy Hallow announces the Still Sleep? Tour. Presented by Rolling Loud & Live Nation, the 25-city tour kicks off on Tuesday, November 2nd at Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia with support from Eli Fross and will make stops across the U.S. in Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, Detroit and more, before wrapping at Irving Plaza in New York City on Sunday, December 12th. Tickets go on sale starting Thursday, October 14th at 10am local time on StillSleep.com.

Sleepy Hallow is one of the founding members of Winners Circle Entertainment, and breakout star of the emerging Brooklyn Drill hip-hop scene. Coming from East Flatbush Brooklyn, Sleepy was heavily tied into the street life that most are raised around in that area. Look out for the young, poised, and titanic new face of New York’s drill scene, Eli Fross. Born and bred in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn.The 18 year old rapper is building a name for himself thanks to his booming timbre and charismatic approach to lyricism. With his unique name, Fross’s one-of-a-kind story positions him to be as fresh a face as they come.
He comes from a Trinidadian and Jamaican household where music flowed in and out, preparing him for a musical career that would come in due time. He would pick up basketball, even play point guard for an AAU league, and begin studying music by following in the steps of his older brother.
