Tomorrow X Together has announced details of its first Japanese EP, Chaotic Wonderland, which will be released this winter.
The critically-acclaimed boyband, who are considered leaders of K-pop’s fourth generation of artists, will release the new EP on December 3, via UMe in the US.
Chaotic Wonderland follows two Korean albums by the five-piece – comprised of Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai – this year. In May, it released its second full-length studio album in The Chaos Chapter: Freeze, followed by the repackage album The Chaos Chapter: Fight Or Escape in August.
The Japanese EP will include Japanese versions of two songs from those records – “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)” and “MOA Diary (Dubaddu Wari Wari).” It will also feature the original Japanese song “Ito,” which will serve as the opening theme song for the Japanese TV drama Spiral Labyrinth – DNA Forensic Investigation. The track is about a “bond” and a “strong relationship” and was written by the popular Japanese band GReeeeN.
Chaotic Wonderland will be available in three formats. Limited Edition A will include a CD and a DVD with the music video and the making of the video, while Limited Edition B will feature a CD and a DVD of the making of the cover photo session. A Standard Edition will also be available, containing only a CD.
Both Limited Edition formats will also include an eight-page booklet and one random Selfie Photo Card, specifically designed for its respective format. The first pressing of the Standard Edition will also come with one random Selfie Photo Card.
Tomorrow X Together scored their highest position on the Billboard 200 chart in June with The Chaos Chapter: Freeze landing at No.5. The album has charted for a total of 13 weeks so far – the longest record for K-pop groups who have released an album this year.
Chaotic Wonderland will be released on December 3 and is available for pre-order. View the format details below
