Tove Lo’s Lady Wood Tour Review and Photos

Tove Lo’s Lady Wood Tour made it’s stop in Philly at the Electric Factory on Monday, February 20th, 2017. You would have never known it was a Monday by the energy in the crowd.

Supporting Tove Lo was Phoebe Ryan who is sort of a local girl, origianlly from Red Bank, NJ. Phoebe glided around the stage during her 7 song set, wearing her Jeff Gordon NASCAR Jacket to start and then a Grateful Dead t-shirt. The highlight of her set was her cover mashup of “Ignition/Do You” (R.Kelly/Miguel) this was moment you could feel the crowd start to move and dance a bit more as well as sing along with Phoebe. She finished her set with her latest offering “Dark Side.”

Tove Lo took the stage with a white curtain drop, opening with “True Disaster” and “Lady Wood” Non stop sensually dancing around the stage with a pair of yellow pants, that had the words “Lady Wood” sewn on the ass and old school ‘Yes’ shirt tied up above her naval. For nearly 90 minutes she kept the crowd dancing and singing along to every song. While singing her ballad “Imaginary Friend” she showed her chops on the keyboard. Tove Lo closed everything out with her hit “Habits (Stay High)”
