A wall clock with album covers? Plenty of record collectors like to display their favorite LPs in various ways. However, this video will likely give vinyl and music lovers a fun project, especially if they have a large, blank wall to decorate.
Rudy Willingham shared the video below to his over 443,000 followers on Instagram. The video shows him using album covers to create a giant wall clock. He cleverly used specific covers to represent the numbers on the clock. For example, The Beatles compilation 1 appropriately represents the “1” on the clock, while the soundtrack to the movie 8 Mile represents the “8.”
The full list of titles used in the clip is as follows:
-The Beatles “1”
-2Pac ‘”All Eyez on Me”
-Three Dog Night “Seven Separate Fools”
-Four Tops “Reach Out”
-Jackson 5 “The Ultimate Collection”
-Black Flag “Six Pack”
-Sault “7”
-8 Mile Soundtrack
-Nine Inch Nails “With Teeth”
-10cc “The Things We Do For Love”
-Regina Spektor “11:11”
-Taylor Swift “Midnights”
Plenty of people showed this idea a lot of love in the comments and also had number suggestions, too. One person wrote, “Alternatively, 1-4 could just be Led Zeppelin.” Another person saw a lost opportunity and shared, “Should’ve done Pearl Jam 10.” One person offered the clever one-liner, “What time is it, babe? Half past Nine Inch Nails. Love it.”
