VIDEO: Highly Suspect Dives into Family Tensions with ‘These Days’

Highly Suspect couldn’t have planned for a more eerie time to release the video for “These Days” if they tried.

The new single off the band’s latest studio release, MCID, “These Days” depicts a family arguing around the dinner table while actor Tony Cavalero, who appears to be a guest at dinner, watches the chaos erupt around him. Food gets thrown, grandpa gets shot with a crossbow. You know…the usual family dinner stuff. Oh, and mom and dad are not who they appear to be. Let’s just leave it at that.

Add in lyrics like, “Something feels wrong these days/I hate these days,” and you can see why the release timing really is eerie considering our current reality.

MCID is available now and can be streamed/downloaded here.
