Watch Madonna on James Corden’ ‘Carpool Karaoke’

Madonna and James Corden took turns flirting, harmonizing and reminiscing in the latest episode of The Late Late Show‘s hit segment Carpool Karaoke. As Corden navigated the streets of Manhattan, the pair belted Madonna classics (“Vogue,” “Papa Don’t Preach”), a recent additions (“Bitch I’m Madonna”) and even a selection from Evita

Madonna refused to sit still. During a “Vogue” singalong, she managed to carve out space for various poses within the cramped confines for Corden’s car, including one on which she put her leg on the ceiling. (Corden’s response: “I feel so inadequate.”) During “Bitch I’m Madonna,” the singer turned around in the passenger seat and twerked for the camera.

At one point Madonna tells her host, “I thought you would get undressed for me or something.” In between “Ray of Light” and “Music,” Madonna remembers making out with Michael Jackson after a glass of Chardonnay. “Baby, I’ve been around,” she says. Shortly afterwards, “Music” kicks in, and Madonna is back in action: this time, she sticks her leg out of the car window.
