The all-acoustic session features five revamped numbers, from mega-hits “Island in the Sun” and “Buddy Holly” to The White Album’s fist-pumping “King of the World” and “California Kids.” For hardcore fans, the group also slips in “Slave,” a deep track off 2002’s heavy Maladroit.

Weezer unleashed their fourth self-titled LP, aka The White Album, in April 2016. It debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 — their eighth straight album to land in the top 10. Their highest-charting debut was 2005’s Make Believe, which hit No. 2 on the strength of the omnipresent single “Beverly Hills.”
