Social media sensation The Dogist, aka Elias Weiss Friedman, is hitting the road for an unforgettable live experience that brings his heartwarming world of dogs to the stage. Live Nation Presents: Dog Nation, An Evening with The Dogist, a 9-city national tour, will feature special guests and their four-legged best friends, as well as inspiring stories from local Dogist fans whose dogs have changed their lives.
Inspired by Friedman’s bestselling book This Dog Will Change Your Life, each evening will spotlight unforgettable stories from dog lovers across the country. Ahead of every stop, fans will be invited to submit their own stories for a chance to be featured live on stage with Friedman—dogs included. In each city, two ticket-holding fans and their pups will be selected to share the story of their remarkable four-legged companions, celebrating the powerful bond between humans and their pets. Also joining Friedman at each stop will be notable friends and their dogs, adding inspiring stories, and plenty of tail wags to every show. Elias is inviting The Dogist community to be part of the live experience – in each city, two ticket-holding followers and their dogs will have the chance to join him on stage and share how their dog has changed their life. Supermodel and Founder of Tate & Taylor, Taylor Hill will join Elias onstage at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia with her dog Salem and Actress and Host of the Unconditional Podcast Maggie Lawson will join Elias on stage at Emo’s in Austin, TX with her dog Linus, with more surprise guests to be announced in the coming weeks.
$1 from each ticket sold will benefit Best Friends Animal Society, a leading animal welfare organization working to end the killing of dogs and cats in America’s shelters and make the country no-kill.
TICKETS: Tickets will be available starting with a The Dogist Presale beginning today at 11AM ET. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general on sale beginning Friday, April 18 at 10AM local time at livenation.com.
