Former Eagles Jason Kelce Reveals Post-Retirement Body Weight

Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce is getting comfortable with his post-NFL figure.

At Amazon’s 2025 Upfront event, Kelce, 37, told Us Weekly that he’s lost weight and is down to 270 pounds from 295 when he played for the Eagles.

Since retiring from the NFL in March 2024, Kelce has been upfront about his weight loss motivations. Three months after he announced that his professional football career would end, Kelce turned his attention to losing weight.

In a June 2024 interview with GQ, Kelce said he was at 277 and observed, “It’s hard to imagine another nearly 20 pounds coming off, being honest with you. But my back already feels better. My knees already feel better. So another 20 pounds hopefully will make me that much more adept at playing with my children.”

Jason Kelce explained to Us Weekly that he and former Philadelphia Eagles teammate Beau Allen are currently “in this weight loss body fat loss competition.”
